Energy
Solar power for the plant
We work with Emerge, the Masdar–EDF joint venture, on solar power for our operations in KEZAD.
Hot induction bending · Abu Dhabi
The GCC’s only hot induction bending plant covering the full 4″–80″ range, with every service around the bend on one purchase order.

Who we are
A UAE manufacturer of hot induction bends, built so that no project in the region has to wait for an imported bend.
From our plant in KEZAD Al Taweelah, beside Khalifa Port, two production lines bend carbon steel pipe from 4″ to 80″ for oil and gas, water, power and infrastructure, with every bend documented and traceable.

Two lines, the full 4″–80″ range, and fabrication, coating and logistics around every bend.
See capabilities
ADNOC approved and TÜV SÜD certified, with an on-site NDT and mechanical test laboratory.
See quality
A hot induction bending plant in KEZAD beside Khalifa Port, a certified ICV score of 46.52% and a home in Make it in the Emirates.
See companyHow a bend is made
The coil heats a narrow band, the arm swings the pipe through its radius, and water quenches the steel as it leaves.
The coil brings a narrow band to about 1,000 °C.
The pipe is pushed through the coil as the arm forms the radius.
Water locks in the properties as steel leaves the hot zone.
Angle reached, the bend moves on to heat treatment and testing.

Industries
Our home market is the UAE, with deliveries across the GCC and, with EPC partners, to Africa, Europe and South America.
Serving the region’s energy companies

Home / Capabilities
Two hot induction bending lines covering 4″ to 80″, with fabrication, coating, logistics and a full data record around every bend.
Range
Line 1 covers 4″–36″ and Line 2 covers 24″–80″. The overlap means mid-range work never waits on one machine.
Standard nominal sizes, with outside diameter and centreline radius for your bend factor.
Runs on Line 1 or Line 2
Each induction bend replaces an elbow and two girth welds. Enter the bends on your route.
240
girth welds removed from the line
Based on two girth welds saved per bend versus welded elbows.

Process
Mill certificate review, PMI and dimensional check.
Radius, angle and speed programmed; coil and clamp fitted.
A narrow band of the pipe is heated to about 1,000 °C.
Pushed through the coil as the arm forms the bend.
Stress relief or quench and temper restores properties.
UT, MPI, hardness, ovality and wall-thinning checks.
Bevelled, hydrotested, blasted and coated as required.
Data record, dossier and MTC issued; marked and dispatched.
Products and services
An EPC buying bends, pipe, fittings and coating from four parties manages four interfaces. We turn them into one UAE purchase order.
4″–80″, walls to 60 mm, API 5L grades to X80, radii 2D–10D and angles to 90°.
Spools, segmentable and structural bends on the same yard.
PU, epoxy, FBE and 3LPE through our coating partners.
Line pipe, fittings and flanges from partner mills, or free-issued by you.
Forwarding, a bonded yard next to Khalifa Port and site kitting in installation order.
48-hour quotations, expedite slots under three weeks and bank-funded 90–120 day terms.
EAF-sourced pipe and solar power, for projects with carbon targets.
Process and test data for every bend, traceable from heat number to delivery note.
Logistics
Khalifa Port, our bonded yard and the plant sit side by side in KEZAD, so pipe moves from the quay to the bending line without leaving the zone. One reference follows every bend to site.
Line pipe is ordered from our partner mills, or free-issued by you, and inspected before it ships.
Pipe travels as consolidated project cargo on our logistics partners’ fleets.
Customs clearance is handled in house at Khalifa Port, next door to the plant.
Pipe is stored and preserved in our bonded yard beside the port, ready for the bending line.
Every bend is made, tested and coated in KEZAD, and logged under its own number.
Heavy-lift dispatch by road to KSA and Oman, or by sea with re-export papers for Iraq, Africa and beyond.
Bends arrive kitted in installation order, each with its full data record.
Data record
Each bend generates its data twice: once to make it, once to prove it. We keep both and hand them to you with the bend.

On-site laboratory
Our NDT and mechanical test laboratory sits inside the plant, so testing never leaves the chain of custody.
Home / Sustainability
About 85% of a bend’s footprint is its steel, so we cut carbon where it counts: in the pipe we buy, the power we use and the water we recover.

Energy
We work with Emerge, the Masdar–EDF joint venture, on solar power for our operations in KEZAD.
Water
With Ma Hawa, steam from the bending process is recovered and turned into drinking water.
An ESG and net-zero programme with SGS under the Abu Dhabi Chamber.
Heat recovery, water reuse and offcuts sorted by grade, with EAF-sourced pipe for low-carbon bends.
Home / Company
Established to transform the sector, delivering innovative, high-quality bends tailored to each client, from a 90° turn to a complex U-bend.

Welcome to Pipetec! We are proud to be the only and 1st company in the GCC capable of bending pipes ranging from 4 to 80 inches in diameter using advanced hot induction technology. Our commitment to innovation and quality makes us the go-to partner for industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and construction.
Hot induction pipe bending is a cutting-edge process that uses localized heating to bend pipes with precision and efficiency. An induction coil heats a specific section of the pipe to around 1000°C, allowing it to bend smoothly without compromising its structural integrity. This is followed by immediate cooling, which helps maintain the material’s quality and prevents surface defects.
At Pipetec, we stand out for our ability to handle a wide range of pipe diameters and our dedication to delivering high-quality, precision-bent pipes. Here’s why you should choose us:
Our hot induction pipe bending services are utilized in various applications, including:
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Pipetec. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, we ensure that every project meets our rigorous standards. Our team of experts works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Every change of direction made with a welded elbow adds two girth welds to the line. An induction bend removes them, and much of the inspection and schedule risk with them.
